Northern El Paso County Coalition of Community Organizations (NEPCO)

 While living in the beautiful area of Northern El Paso County, YOU are part of Northern El Paso County Coalition of Community Organizations (NEPCO.) Our neighborhood has a representative in this organization, but you are also welcome to attend general membership meetings. This organization promotes communication on topics that we care about including but not limited to land and road development, bond issues, HOA management options, water, wildfire, and more!
