Higby Estates Home Owners Association is a volunteer non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving the neighborhood. Our small community welcomes all homeowners to get involved. Contact the Board if you are interested.

ARchitectural Review Committee
The ARC is a committee of knowledgable individuals with years of experience in home building and development. Together with the HOA board they review plans that are submitted for exterior additions and outdoor living. Before you start your project please summit a form for review.
Covenant Concern
The Higby Estates Board is composed of volunteers that want to create a positive neighborhood environment with communication and understanding. The board is not a policing force to enforce the covenants. We ask all residents to read over the covenants and understand the type of community that was created. If you have a concern about a neighbor who might not be following one of those covenants we ask you first speak with them in person and attempt to resolve it through neighborly kindness, fairness and understanding. If you still have a concern please fill out the Covenant Concern Form, which will notify the Board. The Board will contact both parties involved and help to facilitate a resolution as applicable.
