Higby Estates Yearly Dues

The yearly Higby Estates HOA dues are $110.

This is just a friendly reminder that Annual Dues of $110 are due by 1/1/2025.  Dues are late after January 31st and a $50 late fee is applied. Please be sure that checks are labeled with your Higby Address/lot number.
