Higby Estates Yearly Dues

The yearly Higby Estates HOA dues are $110.

This is just a friendly reminder that Annual Dues of $110 are due by 1/1/2023.  Dues are late after January 31st and a $50 late fee is applied.  However, if you pay at the Annual Meeting in January you are still on time!  Please be sure that checks are labeled with your Higby Address.
